You are correct, Proxy killings are down. It is mostly because we have been killing each other. A lovely little weeding out of the refuse that infiltrated our ranks.
As for how my Boss communicates, well it's very difficult to explain. From the knowledge that I have gained over the years, it feels like the will of my Boss resonates. It started out as distorted images and voices that were difficult but still possible to comprehend. Over time though, it has clear and clear to the point that I feel as though he is communicating through all of my senses. His 'voice' sets off every nerve in my body, lighting every part of my brain that is meant to comprehend such things, making his will clearer than anything one could ever perceive.
I suppose that that explanation sounds a little over dramatic, but this how I personally feel when he 'speaks' to me. Perhaps, his voice just become too distorted that some Proxies misinterpret it.
